Beer label design for Kulturhaus Helferei
Client: Kulturhaus Helferei
The Kulturhaus Helferei is a historic building in the heart of Zurich. Formerly the home of employees of the Grossmünster (the city’s famous landmark) and later residency of Huldrych Zwingli (leader of the Reformation in Switzerland), in more recent history it became a place for progress and transformation based on cultural exchange. It hosts a variety of events; theater plays, concerts, readings, talks and parties.
Based on the Visual Identity, developed by art.I.schock, I designed a label for the signature beer of the Kulturhaus Helferei. It is brewed in the local brewery BierFactory in Rapperswil.
I used only the two main colors of the Visual Identity and adapted the circle — an element of the logo — to create a pattern. The label maintains the look and feel of the Kulturhaus Helferei, but stands out as an individual creation.
